once again, manya gets a wacom tablet.. crazy shizzle comes out..
in our mind we bleed colors; off our eyes we scrape reality.
I commented on this earlier... But unfortunately DeviantArt was acting up. So here goes my commentage again.
Awesome colors. Love how you picked such beautiful "cool" colors rather than warm ones... And how everything's smeared around.
Usually people try to get the same effect and make it look very trashy... But you'd got the smearing down pat that definitely makes it look very well done.
To me.....There is a woman or female spirit draped over a rock and the way you have taken the image and warped it has made her start to blend into the background. I love how the colors twist and contort and push you away and are cold and yet are inviting and beautifully melded together to create a warm feeling to it. This is an incredible piece Manya....It would probably look even hotter on drugs.....but....I don't gots any. Awesome work....I envy your mad skrilz!

How can you be able to express such confusion, disorder and beauty in one piece like you've done here? It's amazing. I see so many things in this. I'm not sure you wanna hear what I see, though you do seem to have both humour and a great sense of psychedelica
This is definitely a new
I'm really glad that I have you on my devWatch No, make that proud!
This is like the most beautiful noise you can imagine in a fine piece of Russian art... Manya, you're fantastic!
my mind is practically splattered against my monitor from this! its quite the drug induced analogy of an artist's mind... afterall, all the things (and substances) we ever do, never actually leave the wrinkles that sustain our thought pulses.. pretty soon, the mind starts to see things the way it is never meant to... but for some reason, it is so much better than before!
one of my friends and i are starting a little artistic movement in the category of surrealism, expressionism, and psychodelia.. its called suxam (dont ask how we got the name, but its not what you think ) the art basically consists of the artist's message, illustrated in a surrealistic, eye candy manner, while still giving the illusion of other elements throughout the piece... basically, a mind-fuck! <-- ok that may be a bit of a brutal word.. but its totally in the eye of the looker-on... whatever your imagination makes of this piece, is the meaning particular to you, so its totally morphable!
we are still working and growing on the details... experimenting and planning to actually promote this stuff one of these days (if we ever stop being busy with other crap!) i was also thinking bout starting a devart group, as in another account, dedicated to suxam-style art, and luring suxamers into our world!
We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
This is a collection of deviations showing real Pinups in the classic Retro poses from various Artists. Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I feel like i need to be closer to this piece somehow, almost like it is tactile.
The colours are central to the piece - Manya it looks like you metaphorically pulled out your mind and threw it against the canvas.
Great work, and also proud to have you on my devWatch !
